La Bella’s 2001 series of flamenco guitar strings are the product of years of intense research and development. Thousands of musicians, artists and teachers participated under the premise of obtaining strings with great response, clarity and a lot of sustain.

According to these specifications, strings were designed with a new innovative nylon thread (Nylon 202), much more sensitive to the touch, greater projection, transparency and resistance. The higher density of Nylon 202 was also used for the bass strings to improve the outer winding radius and thus achieve a clearer sound.
