This set is composed of New Cristal trebles and Corum basses.

New Cristaltrebles are made from a new and improved nylon: the amount of crystallinity of the string has been optimized and there is a perfect relationship between the molecules. Thanks to high-tech methods, it is possible to produce a high quality string of transparent nylon, as transparent as crystal, whose intonation is perfect. This nylon is not ground by mechanical means in order to maintain a smooth surface. A surface treatment and a computer control with laser beams and photoelectric cells allow a high precision and regularity of the gauge with a higher elongation and crystallization rate, providing a very clear, clean and concentrated sound. This new nylon is a great success and a real improvement in sound clarity.
