New improved model of flamenco guitar from Martinez. This guitar has the same template as the popular MFG-RS model, the difference is in the reinforcements of the top that allow a less rounded sound, more direct (thundering bass), or rather more flamenco for lovers of the “dry” sound of the flamenco guitar. It responds very well in all registers and its low string action stands out.

Spruce top specially chosen for its flamenco response, back and sides of Indian Palo Santo plywood, cedar neck, ebony fingerboard.

A feature that Martinez incorporated a long time ago is the “Truss Rod” in the neck. The truss rod is a metal bar inserted inside the neck to adjust its curvature, compensating the tension of the strings. Thanks to the truss rod the string action (height) of Martinez guitars can be easily adjusted and makes the instrument much more resistant to the passage of time.
